Good Variable speed S8 silent projector

Can anyone recommend a good, variable speed, silent Super 8 projector? I would like to get one for my uncle who has many reels of great, old home movies. I am new to this, and would like to know what models, etc., to be looking for (Bell and Howell 458, 468A, 483A, etc.) What are the differences and features, what are the "better" models, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Elmo SP-F or GP-E are great silent variable speed projectors. Speed dial does 14-24 frames per second and they use sprocket guides for Super 8 or Regular 8 film. Uses a bright 150w lamp too!
